None of the options work at all (theyre greyed out). Whats the point of this app then?

Paid money and now I cant even see who has unfollowed me anymore! Which was my primary reason for getting the app. Now its just completely useless and taking up space on my phone!

Whats the point of this app if we cant view who unfollowed and who follows? That was the whole point of this app. To see who are your ghost followers and all that. This needs to be fixed asap.

Should have the option for zero stars. This app is essentially useless now, especially when I previously paid for the extra features. What a waste of money!

Is what you call paying for an app and the owners disable all the features. Seriously? Where is my refund that accompanies that non-access?

Pointless, can no longer track who unfollowed me?

The only reason anyone installs this app is to monitor followers/unfollowers balance by unfollowing accounts that unfollow them. And it worked great up until July 17th. Now, the developer is claiming that Instagram has forced them to disable the only feature anyone really cares about. That may be true. But regardless, its now useless. Im going to look for another app to fulfill my needs and suggest others do the same.

APP IS GREAT!!! Lets you see who unfollowed you, who your non followers are, etc. in the easiest way possible

Funny how other apps are able to show you what this app supposedly says they cant and charge so much we should all be refunded since we purchased it with the thought of what was on the app before

App Store will not issue a refund. Beware of paying for apps in the future.

Just purchased app it did what was expected. Then the next day there was an update which disabled almost everything in app. Very disappointed. 7/12/17 this app just stopped working again. Can I have my money back!

Half the features dont work

Like a lot of people here I paid to unlock all the features a little while ago and now all those features are blocked as well as the ones that used to be unlocked by default. Idk what happened to this app but its garbage now.

So we should at least get our money back, right? I get that you have to comply by Instagram policies but you also sold the app by telling ppl to purchase to view x, y and z and after ppl shelled out money theyre left with half the product. Only fair to be reimbursed!

I paid a while back to unlock all app features only to open the app one day and have them all (except one) blocked.... ummm what?! I even tried contacting them... no response.
