I paid for this app last year, and last week I opened it and it wasnt working. I tried waiting to see if there would be an update, but nothing. All but one of the features is locked.

It is useless. All features that I payed extra $ for have been taken away without previous notice. Should give me a refund since they no longer will provide the service I payed for! Keeping my money, under this circunstances, is fraud

Lost all of my upgrade options that I paid for after downloading the app. DO NOT USE!!!!

Awful. Fix the app.

Its truly beyond me how a company would have me pay for this service, and then completely disable the only useful feature. The entire reason I paid for this app was to see the users who followed/ unfollowed me . I paid money for it and then the company completely removes the feature. Dont advertise your app this way if it doesnt have the features on it! That is fraud and I wouldnt be surprised if the company gets sued for this.

App is useless. Paid to have extra features which are now disabled. Could at least give a refund to everyone that got ripped off.

You cannot see who unfollowed you the only thing you get is just a number ? Waste of time money and storage ??

The app is only showing me the "stats only" and it doesnt let me see or click on anything, which is really frustrating...so the app is pretty much useless

I paid to unlock all the features on the app and it worked flawlessly for a while. But now the app does literally nothing. Not only are the paid features disabled, but the free features are also no good. I hope the App Store can refund my purchase.

Its useless now. I used to be able to track followers, unfollowers, comments and likes from specific users but now I cant. I can see that people unfollowed me, but whom? Wack sauce. Lame.

The app randomly stopped working

Its been a month that I have this app... I payed... but now, I cant see anything! I contacted the support twice.... and no answer.... I want my money back!

Updated: I paid for unlocking everything and honestly its a really crappy excuse to block everything, because you guys did this last time there was a "new policy" before it went back to how its suppose to be. I didnt pay for these features to not be able to use them anymore. Whats the point in having this app if I cant use it for what its suppose to be used for?

This app will only tell you how many people you lost or gained. Im guessing this is useful for people who cant do simple math? Completely useless. Glad I paid for it. ?
