Even after getting premium account it still isnt worth anything! ??

I paid about $10 total for all insights ... new followers, unfollows, etc ... now that is all grayed out and details are unavailable. App still provides analytics about some aspects but no detail at all.

It started great but now it doesnt work.....the numbers are correct but it doesnt say he unfollowed me. I lost someone this morning and when I used the app to check who it was, the number went down but didnt say who the person was. Not gonna spend any money on this app until it works again. Update: just wasted 8$ on a feature that doesnt even work. Deleting

The app is terrible!! After I purchased features almost a year ago, I can no longer use them. Im not sure why but nothing is working on the app. I go to restore purchase and still nothing. Do not download or pay for anything because its useless.

Ive been using this app for a very long time. I never paid for the features cuz all I wanted was an app that I can see my unfollowers. It was the only app that worked and I loved it. But for the past month it wont work. It wont let me click on anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing. I have another app now that works perfectly but still. I want this one back. Please fix it..

Despite buying all the in-app options, its not working since its last update and not showing who unfollowed you. It became useless, all the cool features are gone and youre left with the same resources you can view on the original Instagram app.

Seems like everyones having the same problem.. good job ruining a good app devs.. I want my 1.99 back.

Already paid for the full version a little over a year ago and now all but one item has been blocked.

Why dont you refund our money now that your app is useless??

On more than one occasion this app has stopped working. Provides no insight and allegedly taken peoples money. Zero stars, what a dud.

Cant see who followed me and who unfollowed me along with all other features besides one category. And its funny I pay for it then the app starts to mess up...

None of its functions work anymore. And I paid money to have those functions. I need a refund. OLD REVIEW- Its great. Does what you want it to do and has a lotta features. Pretty depressing seeing so many unfollows happen after a refollow from you. But thats what people care about I guess heh.

I used to be able to see who unfollowed me for free. Now I cant view this option unless I pay for it. I dont want to spend money just to see who unfollowed me. If I wanted all the other functions then Id probably pay for it. But I only used the one function and now I cant. I actually really liked this app until it was no longer free for the basic functions, such as clicking lost followers and non followers

Do not get this app. Paid the top amount to " unlock" features and it dosent work. I want my money back , this app is a scam

I installed it to track users who follow to unfollow so that I can unfollow back. It was very useful until Instagram tightened the screws and took away the apps to provide me this useful information. The app is now useless to me, but his Instagrams fault.

They have changed it so now you basically get no info unless you pay! Dont waste you time!

Paid for this app and since the update, nothing works. Id like my money back.

BS... off to get a better app!
