Worked for the longest now it will not work and Ive paid twice for it. Dont get this app

So users paid you for features (me included) and you take the features away without a refund? Sounds like good business practices to me. I want a refund! All of your users deserve a refund, your app is less then worthless now.

I worked very well so I bought it. Now it doesnt like many others said and no way to get refunded. Crooks, robbers and scammers, beware!!!!!

Ive lost everything I paid for. The app is now crap. It used to be decent to see who followed/unfollowed. Deleted this and onto better apps. Dont bother!

Why do you have to pay $6.99 just for extra features that everyone downloaded the app for? This app is garbage because you have to pay.

I been having this app for a while now and I love it but it gets really annoying when theres only one thing u can click on, I cant see who unfollow me or block me etc... . The only one I can click is (lost likes and comments) its really annoying Ive been having it like that for a week or 2 and this is the 2 time that this happens.

I paid ages ago to be able to track new and lost followers and it no longer allows me to access that list. I have contacted the app twice for help and no response. The app says they had to disable these features now. So I want my money back.

Ever since the update everything is locked even after paying for it all. Had to delete the app and chalk it up to a loss.

Just purchased app it did what was expected. Then the next day there was an update which disabled almost everything in app. 7/12/17 this app just stopped working again. Can I have my money back! 8/1 how are other apps still working? And this one is not. Are they trying to get all payed users to delete app and then reinstate app but as a monthly payed subscription?? If thats the case low class! ???

As you have probably read below and above, the developer had to revoke its features due to IGs policies. I get this, but the paying subscribers who spent money on the additional features deserve a refund or better communication. A lot of use use this app professionally, and not having it affects our ability to view analytics from IG. Ill revise my review when they revise their refund policy.

This app was awesome for the years that Ive had it. Now I have updated the app and now everything is blocked except one thing. I have spent over 9 dollars on this app MY REAL MONEY and now I cant do anything. I have multiple accounts I need to take care of so this is not fair at all. I will be contacting the App Store asking for a refund because you cant take peoples money like this. DONT GET THIS APP!!!

You can download other apps that can do what this app do for free. I dont know why they are still offering the $6 pack if it shows you the same thing other apps can show you for free.
