I want my money back

Paid for the extras last year. And after an update, the extras are no longer available. No communication- just stole our $. If I could select 0 stars I would. ????

At this point with the useful information no longer accessible, this app is useless. Im very disappointed. A waste of money.

I loved this app but it drops compatibility for followers and everything else. Supper bummed. Will delete if they dont fix it. Maybe its IGs fault but it certainly lost all its abilities. Sorry. Used to be 5 stars now its one.

Does not work

This was a very good app. Unfortunately everything I paid for is no longer available. This is the second time. I would like a refund. Based on all the negative comments I doubt this will happen.

I paid full price for this app and its no longer working! Ive contacted the company 3 times with no answer! Dont waste your money!!!!!

Dont you think a refund could be in order for all those who paid to have all the features unlocked prior to the new policy?

August 2, 2017—This app works very well. Im able to see gained/lost followers, ghost followers, non-reciprocates, etc. Unlike a lot of other disgruntled users, I always read the updates for all applications prior to downloading and configured my phone to not download updates automatically. For instances like this, I lucked out because as soon as I saw that the detailed tracking features were being removed back in February, I didnt download the update.

I have had this app for months. Now they lock everything up after I already paid once for these features. I paid again and they dont even work!!!

I wont let me click anything !!! FIX IT !!

A year ago I downloaded this app, and all I wanted was to track who unfollowed me. I paid specifically to have that feature. Recently, I have been unable to see who unfollowed me, I cant click on the option or even buy the feature. At the very least I would love to get my money back, since I paid for the feature and they took it away without notice. Ive contacted the app company so well see where that goes. But I would say stay away from this app.
