paid a lot, then lost functionality

This free app has cost me about $12. They it you with one unlock feature upgrade after another. Once you buy all the upgrades its great. But then it isnt free anymore. If you dont mind paying for all the upgrades, then this is great. If you think its free though, its not. Review dropped to one star. Some of the features I paid for are suddenly gone! What a rip off!

Paid for nothing

August 2, 2017—I got this app a year ago, and it still works very well. Im able to see gained/lost followers, ghost followers, non-reciprocates, etc. Unlike a lot of other disgruntled users, I always read the updates for all applications prior to downloading and configured my phone to not download updates automatically. For instances like this, I lucked out because as soon as I saw that the detailed tracking features were being removed back in February, I didnt download the update.

This was great.. until it stopped letting you see any information.. thanks for nothing!

What the heck happened to everything i paid for?!

What a waste of my money. At least refund us all.

After the last update the program doesn’t work any more and the worst problem is that they don’t answer your e-mails. So dont purchase it.

Dont even waste your time on the download

I purchased all extras and all it did was take off the purchase now button. It does not let me use any additional features. Very disappointed.

I was a long-time user of this app and had paid to unlock all the special features and whatnot so I could see who unfollowed me. Now, I can only see my lost likes and comments, THE MOST USELESS ONE OF ALL. I know that the app has to coordinate with the Instagram guidelines, but I dont see any harm in just being aware of who is unfollowing you and all the other things the app let you do. Also, the fact that myself, along with countless other people paid REAL MONEY to unlock all of the features, and now that is taken away with no refund or anything is a disgrace. Dont buy this app. No use.

This app used to be fantastic but no longer works, which is why Im giving it one star. I never spent any money on this app, but for those who did you should take it up with the App Store. Im giving Instagram a bad review too.

It used to be a great app. I paid to upgrade to be able to view all analytics and as a business owner, I found it all very informative and useful but now that its disabled, why do you even need this app? Its useless.

Hi I used to love this app because I could see who unfollowed me for FREE and now I cant anymore same with the new followers!!! Why did you take it away?? Please fix it

This app used to be one of my favorite ones. Suddenly all features are blocked. I paid good money for this app to block the majority of its features.

Paid for some features and then they removed those feature

I used this app for years and I paid for all the the features but I surprised thats not working anymore ..?
