after purchasing the premium package they removed all the usefull features, expecting to get a refund asap

Just adding my voice to the growing discontent. No response. No service. No refund. Do not download. Do not pay.

I paid I think $10 a few years ago for full use of this app. I re-downloaded the app last week. Just like everyone else, everything was greyed out. What the heck? I paid for this! Biggest waste of money. This is a scam.

This app is useless now because they took off like every feature. Please bring back the old app!

The newest update makes this app completely worthless. It was really good, now it isnt even worth the space it takes up on my phone. Every few update. Eraion they block access to features that were previously paid for and "restore" wont bring it back. Dont waste your time.

This app used to be great to keep track of followers but after the most recent update, its completely useless. Im unable to access anything on the app. Dont waste your time and definitely dont waste your money on this junk.

REVISED REVIEW-I USE TO LOVE THIS APP BUT THEY HAVE TAKEM AWAY ALL THE FEATURES I DOWNLOADED IT FOR. I PAID FOR EXTRA FEATURES ANS NOW INSTAGRAM WONT ALLOW THE FEATURE TO BE USED. I DID USE IT DAILY AND NOW INFREQUENTLY AT BEST. ? I have been using this for several months and I love the info it gathers for you. Ill keep using it. Thanks ??

Most of the statistics dont work. They sent some messages that this may be due to some new Instagram regulations. I dont care but again most of the relevant statistics dont work. Also updating/syncing even after just a couple days of not using takes sometimes forever. I wish I could return it. Not worth bothering with this app.

Just like so many other people are saying, this app is suddenly useless. I too paid for extras and none of them work. Sad to see it go but what a terrible way to treat customers.

Whats the point of us paying for a service we arent receiving? Start handing out refunds or fix the app shady crooks!
