Dont believe the app description. None of that stuff works. They need to update it so that it shows only 2 bulletpoints. Pure garbage.

App used to work but in no sense of the word does now

I paid to be able to see who unfollows me and it worked for a little while but now the features are all locked. Will be contacting Apple for a refund. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Inaccurate as hell deleting now

Like everyone else says, ever since the update you no longer have access to its crucial features. It is now a complete waste of money. Such a shame.

I paid for all of the features and used them for maybe two weeks. And then poof! All of those paid features were gone. Complete waste of money. There are now other free apps that offer better features than this. Especially now that all of the paid features were striped out. Id love to get my money back.

I paid to unlock some features and all of a sudden Im unable to view them. Ive tried restoring the purchases and everything, nothing seems to work. I loved it and used to use this app all the time and now Im unable to do so. Im pretty disappointed.

1 star is too much. I emailed about the horrible app no response - paid for extra features. There are no extra features. Im looking into getting it removed from Apple Store until it can be updated and provide the proper services

I guess I am not the only one that has lost all there paid for add ons. I tried to restore my paid add one and nothing happened. I actually liked this app when it worked

Unbelievable, totally nerfed this app. Whats the point of paying for anaoytics if youre doing the arithmetic a 5 year old with a pencil and notebook could do?!

Been using for a couple of years an lived it at first. The problem is they cant make up their minds if they want to appease app purchasers or IG. Periodically updates will make it so you cant view the information you PAID to view, making the app. useless. Then without warning theyll change it back. I would not recommend this app. They care more about Instagram than they do about the CUSTOMERS that PAY them for the what the app was created for.

Paid for all futures. Company took money and now the app has practically zero features.

Ive always used Insta track to see who unfollows me and I use to love this app but now it will not let me see who unfollowed me or who my "fans" are and etc. this app is pointless now and by the looks of the reviews Im not the only one who is dealing with this

Cant see who unfollowed, who doesnt follow me back, so annoying that they changed that after the update.

Many people along with myself paid for all the features on this app and now you cant even access them? This is horrible.

Can not open lost followers, gained followers, non-followers, fans tabs after last update! Following and Followers also dont open.

Instagram i guess does not allow any of their features to work anymore so ??. Cant tell you how many apps ive paid for that either change to a yearly fee or are rendered useless. Aint technology great

They recently revoked nearly all paid features of this app. As someone who has already paid money for these features, it is infuriating. What is even more infuriating is that when I contacted the company about it, they said I would have to take my concerns to Apple if I wanted a refund. Now Im jumping through hoops to get 3 dollars back. The app is now 100% useless and doesnt tell you any more analytics than the Instagram app does. Please do not waste your time with this app or support their lousy development and customer service.
